ONLINE DIGITAL MARKETING COURSE
The world loves stories and no one tells them better than a digital marketer. Those with digital marketing skills are set to become the future changemakers that set the tone for how we shop, connect and share ideas across the globe. This online digital marketing course will help you learn to effectively tell those stories and use essential digital marketing tools.
All lectures are 100% online, and you’ll meet virtually, two times each week with your classmates and instructor in a live discussion. Meeting times are Tuesdays and Thursday from 6–7 p.m.
This course is divided into two parts: Introduction to Ecommerce with Shopify and Customer Acquisition with Google and Instagram Ads.
PART 1: INTRODUCTION TO ECOMMERCE WITH SHOPIFY
In this section of the digital marketing course, you'll learn how to design and build online stores, attract and engage an audience, increase conversion rates through A/B testing and apply best practices in UI/UX design to convert visitors from around the world into customers.

PART 2: CUSTOMER ACQUISITION WITH GOOGLE AND INSTAGRAM ADS
Social media is a digital marketer’s playground for finding new customers and keeping past ones. Using Google, Instagram and Facebook Ads managing platforms, you’ll gain the skills top companies use to target and acquire new customers.
In this course, you’ll:
- Build a portfolio of Instagram and Google Ad campaigns
- Receive Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising certifications and a badge for your LinkedIn

REFUND POLICY
Continuing education and professional development courses may be cancelled by the attendee in writing up to 7 days before the course begins for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refund will be given 7 days prior to the course. Some courses are not eligible for a refund; these exceptions are noted in specific course descriptions. In the event of a weather related closure, the course will be rescheduled.
Student interactions and viewpoints are a vital part of our rich learning environment. For this reason, Creighton reserves the right to cancel courses in the case of low registration numbers. In this case, registrants will receive a full refund. If a course is cancelled by the University for other non-weather related issues, the student will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
