Crisis Planning to Prepare for the Unexpected
Change is truly a constant, no matter what industry you’re in, and sometimes those changes reach the level of a crisis. When you understand crisis planning and communication, you can better prepare for the unexpected.
Sign up for this course and explore enterprise disaster planning, recovery, business continuation, and enterprise communication, in the study of applied management under crises. The skills and abilities to explore the unknown and unintended consequences of possible decisions are critical for disaster planning. In today’s business environment, disasters can come from many sources, which makes internal and external communication and coordination highly complex. The applied experience offered within this course will provide leaders the framework for developing disaster plans, and the associated communication plans, for use within the organization.
